It is kept top secret at the C.I.A. There is currently an epidemic among newborns in the United States. It is a fatal disease and is rampant.  This malady, which is kept top secret, is the incurable hiccups; they last a lifetime and are contagious.  The President of the institution known as the C.I.A. is the only other person in the world who knows about this.  A baby who contracts them must be put on life support and quarantined at birth.  I am privy to this information only because I worked as an instructor in the field at this great institute from 1903-2006.  It is famous for its fine artists and is called "The California Institute Of Arts."
